Experience: Kowalski began her coaching career as an assistant coach at her alma mater, Claremont-Mudd-Scripps College during the 2005 season. She was the head junior varsity coach at Sacred Heart Prep School in Atherton during the 2006-07 season, and at Flintridge Sacred Heart Academy of La Cañada for two seasons prior to that. Currently, Petra is a Chico State Women's Soccer Program Assistant Coach.

Began coaching career at Herkimer County Community College where she was the Assistant Coach for one year and was then promoted to Head Coach the following year and led the team to a 10-5-2 record and a playoff birth. For her accomplishments, Aileen was named the Mountain Valley Conference Second-Team Coach of the Year.
Aileen then spent three years heavily involved in many facets of the Boston Breakers (Women's United Soccer Association) front office.
After WUSA folded, she became the Assistant Coach for Emerson College in 2003 and then moved to the West Coast in early 2004 where she has worked with youth premier club teams and high school programs within the Los Angeles and Santa Cruz areas.
In addition to her position as Nighthawks Assistant Coach, Aileen is also an Assistant Coach for the UCSC Women's Soccer Program (2004-Present).

Robert Sackey has been living in El Cerrito, California for the past 16 years. He has been coaching and developing soccer programs in the bay area for 15 years, and has been a CYSA Staff coach for 5 years. He is the Technical Director for the competive program of the Alameda Contra Costa Youth Soccer League, where he also coaches 3 Class I Mavericks teams. He holds an A coaching license from the United States Soccer Federation and is a regular participant in CYSA- North programs.
