Post-season player highlights.


 Univ of San Francisco (Dons)
Jamie De Araujo (Profile: School, Hawks) suffered from a broken ankle most of the season.
Kristina Hall a.k.a Kitten (Profile: School, Hawks) is Captain and was named to WCC Women's Soccer Second Team.
From article on USF Dons website. Click here for full story . Hall finished the season with one goal, two assists, and four points. Her goal was an unassisted shot at Colorado (8/31) to prevent the Dons from being shut out in the 4-1 loss. She added assists in a 1-1 overtime tie at Northridge (9/28) and in the 2-0 win over Bakersfield (10/5) at home. She finished the season with 15 shots and played tremendously well on defense.

"Kristina is well deserving of the award," said Carr. "She has been an inspiration on our team throughout the year and I'm looking forward to her senior year to see what she can accomplish with this young and upcoming team." 

Katherine Kimure (Profile: School, Hawks) was a starter all 20 games of the season.

Stephanie Randall a.k.a. Tonka (Profile: School, Hawks) played in 6 games and started in one.

Afiya Roberts (Profile: School, Hawks) was a starter all 20 games of the season.

 Univ of California Davis (Aggies)
Gabrielle Bohlman a.k.a. Gabina (Profile: School, Hawks) was Captain and started all 16 games she played in. Tied for 3rd on team in points, 2nd in assists and 4th in goals .
 Fordham University (Rams)
Michelle Ancelj (Profile: School, Hawks) was a starter and played in all 20 games. Tied for 3rd in goals, placed 4th in total points.
Kim Boulos (Profile: School, Hawks) led her team in points and was selected to the All-Atlantic 10 First Team, as well as to the All-Academic team.

Boulos, a Second Team All-League selection last season, had an outstanding senior campaign, leading the Rams in goals (10), points (23), and game winning goals (5). A two-time Atlantic 10 Player of the Week, seven of Boulos' ten goals came in conference play, while overall she became the seventh Ram to have double-digit goals in a season. Academically, Boulos is studying International Political Economy with a 3.58 GPA.
Lauren Bustos (Profile: School, Hawks) received the Atlantic 10 Defensive Player of the Year award as well as First Team All-Atlantic 10 honors.

Bustos is the first Fordham women's soccer player to earn a major Atlantic 10 award, and the third Fordham defender to earn First Team All-Atlantic 10 honors, joining Kara Coniker (2000) and Corey Dunfey (2003). She started all 18 contests this season and anchored a defensive unit that registered seven shutouts, including five in league play, and limited 12 Ram opponents to one goal or less.  
 Seattle Pacific Univ (Falcons)
Joeclyn Charette (Profile: School, Hawks) was named to GNAC Women's 1st team.

Charette is one of Seattle Pacific's multiple threats on offense. She has notched a team-leading 10 assists and also has scored eight goals. Her 26 points rank second on the team to Teague's 32. Charette has started 35 of the 37 games she has played during her SPU career.
 UC Santa Cruz (Slugs)
Annick Lamb led her team in goals and points. She received the Assocation of Division III Independents Women's Soccer Player of the Week Award and was named to the 2008 CoSIDA All-Academic Team and to the District 8 College Division First Team.
Erica Wheeler-Dubin (Profile: Hawks) tied for 3rd in points and tied for 4th in goals as a freshman and played in 16 of 17 games.

 Cal State East Bay (Pioneers)
Christina Quitasol (Profile: School, Hawks) played in all 19 games and started 17 of them. She lead her team in points, shots and goals and tied for 2nd in assists.
Close behind Cristina was sister Michelle Quitasol (Profile: School) a soon to be Hawk.
 Harvard University (Crimson)
Christina Hagner (Profile: School, Hawks) started in all 18 games of the season. She placed 1st in goals, and 3rd in points and shots for her team.
Kelli Okuji (Profile: School, Hawks) started in 17 games of the 18 she played.
Laura Dale (School, Hawks) the sophmore back-up keeper, started in 7 games of the 8 she played during the season and led in % of saves (.915).
 Middlebury College (Panthers)
Nora Weintraub (Profile: School, Hawks), returning from knee surgery started in 9 of the 10 games she played and was 4th on her team in shots. She scored 2 goals, 1 of them a game winner.
Anne Ford (Profile: School, Hawks) suffered an injury but still played in 16 games, starting 5 of them.
 Cal Poly (Mustangs)
Melissa Woo (Profile: School, Hawks) played in 19 of the 20 games, starting in 15 of them as a midfielder.
