Nighthawks Interim Coach Jeff Wilson Named Coach of the Year

San Francisco, CA - The San Francisco Nighthawks have asked Jeff Wilson to be the interim coach for the Hawks while Head Coach Robert Sackey serves as Technical Director for the Ghana National Team during World Cup play.

Jeff Wilson was awarded the prestigious 2005 District I "Coach of the Year" award by the California Youth Soccer Association - North.

Jeff, who holds a NSCAA "B" license is Head Coach, and a full-time teacher, at Sacred Heart Cathedral High School. He also coaches the CYSA-North State youth team and the Celtics men's team of the San Francisco Soccer Football League (SFSFL).

Wilson feels that, "Working with the committed women of the Nighthawks is an honor and will help me be an even better coach."
